Preventative Maintenance Programs – Natural & Synthetic

Performance Testing & Safety Verification

• What we do: Gmax hardness testing, traction/FF testing for synthetic fields, drainage rate checks, and third‑party lab testing when requested.
• Deliverables: test reports with timestamped results and remediation recommendations. (We follow SFMA and ASTM guidance for BMP and reporting.)

Typical Maintenance Schedule

• High Use / Game Fields (weekly): mow, line paint, decompact, spotseed, irrigation check, Gmax quarterly.
